Indymac OneWest Bank ... taking our tax dollars and using it to fund foreclosures

Aloha Mr. President, can you please explain how it is okay that we, the citizens of the US, provide a bail out to Indymac, help them with our tax dollars,  and now give them incentive to foreclose on US Tax payers?!  We had 12 years of home ownership prior to buying a home with an indymac mortgage.  We had perfect credit and absolutely stellar work history.  However we were employed in the mortgage and real estate industry in the middle of the mortgage crisis.  As a result of Indymacs poor business practices, they needed a bail out and became Indymac Federal Bank.  When they went down they took our family with them.  And now they have the never to deny us a loan modification!

I HAVE BEEN TRING  TO GET A LOAN MOD FOR A YEAR HALF FROM INDYMAC . INDYMAC PLAYS GAMES WITH ME LIKE WHEN YOU DOWN LOAD THERE  LOAN MOD PACKET THEY LEAVE OUT THE HUD DOCKUMENT  [HARD SHIP AFIDAVID] AND REPACED IT WITH THERE  INDYMAC HARD SHIP CHECK LIST .SO WHEN YOU TURN YOUR MOD PACKIT IN YOU ARE NOT QUIFIED FOR THE HOME AFORDABLE PROGRAM FROM THE GOVERMENT .THEY ALSO WONT TELL YOU CERTAIN DOCUMENT ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 6O OR 90 DAYS LIKE THE RELEASE FOR YOUR TAX RETURNS IF THIS AND OTHER DOC S  TIME LIMITS EXPIRE THEY QUIET LOOKING AT YOUR LOAN FOR THE MOD IT GETS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER WHILE YOUR TIME IS RUNNING OUT .  MY HOUSE WAS FINALLY SET FOR SALE ON OCT 15 2009 . I FOUGH INDYMAC FORE CLOSURE DEPATMENT TOOTH AND NAIL .I DOWN LOADED ALL THE CIVIL CODES I WAS ABLE TO DELAY THE FORECLOSURE .I FAX OVER CIVIL CODE VIOLATION THE DAY OF THE SALE 9:00 AM IF THEY POSTPHONE THE FORECLOSURE THEY HAVE TO WHATE 7 DAY AFTER THE DAY OF SALE TO SET A NEW SALE DATE . ALSO CHECK YOUR THE DATE THEY RECORDED THEY POSTED THE HOUSE FOR SALE THEY CANT SET A SALE DATE FOR 20 DAYS AFTER POSTING THE HOUSE [READ CIVIL CODE FOR DETAILES]  THIS VIOLATION GOT ME 27 EXTRA DAY TO FIGHT THEM. INDYMAC HAD TO RESET THER SALE DATE OUT SIDE THE 20 DAYS . I DOWN LOADED A QUIFIED LETTER AND  WITH CIVIL CODES  THIS TRIGGERD INDYMAC TO REVEIW THE AMOUNT I OWED THEM. THEY HAD RECORDED THE WRONG FIGURES AND HAD TO START MY WHOLE FOECOSURE ALL OVER AGIAN I DID ALL THIS BECAUSE INDYMAC WAS GOING TO SELL MY HOUSE BEFORE THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE A DESISION ON MY LOAN MOD ,I WAS AT 90 DAYS OF THE REVEIW AND THEY TOLD ME 6O DAYS FORE A DESISION . INDYMAC TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT DELAY THE FORECLOSURE BEFORE THE DESISION EVEN THOUGH I WAS AT 90 DAYS                                                                                                          3WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED A 3 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN[ TRIAL MOD ] AT THAT TIME I WAS NOT IN FORECLOSURE .I WAS TOLD AS LONG AS I FOLLOWED THE PROGRAIM I WOULDNT BE PUT IN FORECLOSURE .MY FIRST PAYMENT WAS ON 1-1-2010  $2100 INDYMAC FILED A NOTICE OF DEFAULT  [FORECOSURE]  0N 1-6-2010 AND TOLD ME TO KEEP MAKING MY PAYMANTS  [YA RIGHT ] IN CAL AFTER FILED NOTICE OF DEFAULT THEY HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN FINISH FORECLOSING ON ANY ONE . JNDYMAC IS TRYING TO MAKE ME BELEIVE THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE ME A MOD WHILE MAKING  4 MONTHS WORTH OF PAYMENTS ,LEAD ME TO THE END, GIVE ME A DENIEL LETTER AND WITH IN 15 DAYS AFTER MY LAST PAYMENT SELL MY HOUSE , THEY STRING ME  ALONG ANNY WAY THAY CAN JUST SO THEY CAN GET MY HOUSE.WEST ONE BOUGHT INDYMAC AT $.030 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR MY HOUSE LOAN IS $634,000  WESTONE INVESTERS BOUGHT MY LOAN FOR AROUND $220,OO0 MY HOUSE IS STILL WORTH  $440,000  WHY WOULD INDYMAC GIVE ME A MOD WHEN THEY COULD SELL MY HOUSE FOR A PROFET AND PUT THE MONEY OUT FOR A NEW MORAGE LOAN AT 6% INSTADE TO ME AT 3% OR 2%  MOD

IndyMac Bank Denying Loan Modifications

Dear Mr, President,  My daughter in law is was trying to do a loan modification and has been scammed by one company, then went through another they too gave her the run around and of course Indymac denied the modification with no explanation. This seems true with all homeowners and Indymac.  They are the only bank that will deny the loan modifications.  They were to be the example of this bill you passed for loan companies to do and they are the biggest problem of why homes are in forclosure.  My daugther is losing her house the end of Nov. 2009.  I have read so many complaints about IndyMac everyone with the same outcome, but no one is doing anything about it?  Is there anyway that your administration can investigate this bank?  The people need help!!!!
