 PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA,

MY NAME IS DENISE I RESIDE IN CHICAGO ILL I WAS A BANK OF AMERICA CUSTOMER FRAUD WAS COMITTED AGAINST ME SEVERAL TIMES BY UNKNOWN PERSON OR PERSONS MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY DEBIT ACCOUNT A FEW TIMES WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION .I FILED FRAUD COMPLAINTS WITH BANK OF AMERICA I MADE POLICE REPORTS I DID ALL I COULD TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT SAFE YET BANK OF AMERICA, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IN  THE MIDDLE OF THE EVENING KNOWING FULL WELL THAT I HAD SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS HITTING THAT ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST AND THE 3 RD OF THE MONTH NOW ALL MY BILLS WILL BE LATE AND I WILL SUFFER LATE CHARGES BECAUSE OF THIS IM A DISABLED WOMAN AND I DID NOTHING TO WARRANT THIS TREATMENT FROM BANK OF AMERICA, I COMITTED NO FRAUD WHY WOULD I STEAL FROM MYSELF THAT MAKES NO COMMON SENSE WHATSOEVER. NOW IM FACED WITH  PROBLEMS THAT BANK OF AMERICA CREATED FOR ME.  IF THEY DIDN'T WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER ANYMORE DUE TO THE SCUM THAT VIOLATED MY ACCOUNT ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CONTACT ME AND I WOULD HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.   Dear Mr. Obama,

 I know that you personally cannot handle this problem but maybe you can help me or would know who to contact. People who are of Native American descent receive money because they were forced onto reservations because of the Trail of Tears. I am glad that they are repaid for their ancestors having to go through such a horrible event. However, six million Jewish people were killed in the Holocaust, and we get nothing. I was wondering why Jewish people were not given anything, nor were any amends made for this. Please let me know your thoughts.

President Obama,

I am surinder, suggesting you that the people who are illegal over here in Unties State---please give the opportunity for legal status---ask them to pay tax 5000 $ per person per year since they are here. I think they will---if they have is OK otherwise they can bring money from their countries or they can pay in installments with this you can spend money for the manufacturing industry. People can get work,than their buying power will increase. They are living here but not paying taxes so you are loosing money. Read more about suggestion

Dear Mr. President,

My name is Hector and I am in Los Angeles, California. I am writing to you today because I am disappointed because there are not enough people with jobs. A few week ago, my history teacher was talking about how Andrew Jackson ruined the economy by destroying the banks and leaving many people without jobs. I am afraid that this is happening again. Watching the news tells me that people are losing their jobs, their homes, and their faith and hope.

I saw a news report that said the national unemployment rate is 14%. Half of the people without a job, have been unemployed for six months or more. I understand that unemployment has been extended, but that money is not enough for most families. Some  families barely have enough food to eat. I am really worried because I live in Los Angeles, one of cities that has the highest unemployment rates.

In my opinion, you should make this a top priority because many people without jobs are suffering. Therefore, the entire country is suffering, and this will affect our future.

Mr. Obama,

I understand that you receive millions of pleads a day from people asking you to help save their homes. Yes I am another one of those millions, but I do feel my case may be a little different from most. We are a young family. My husband and I have 2 children a boy who is 4 and our daughter who just turned 5 months old. My husband and I are hardworking citizens. Without the long details of why we are on the edge of foreclosure. We have been trying to work with met life on our mortgage when i was let go from my full time job. They were unwilling to let us make any payments of any sorts unless it was the full amount of our monthly payment. We were trying to pay just a little more than half what the monthly payment was supposed to be, but they refused to accept it and so we missed our payment in total. The following month again we had attempted to pay the full monthly due but because we had missed 1 month they refused to take our payment unless we could pay the full amount owed which was now 2 months and with only one income coming into the home this was imposable.

Trying to do loan modifications and other methods logically affordable they are not working with us. Now we are in the state of "inactive foreclosure" with 1-0 options left we both work as much hours a physically possible without adding another bill of child care on top. All we ask is to have the loan modification approved for half the amount and with 2 incomes now I don’t see why this would be a problem.  I understand that is a burden on the government to have so many homes that have been foreclosed on, But I must ask why add another when we are willing and able to make some form of payment. Even if not what was originally agreed upon or what the bank wants, but it must be better than another home left sitting on an empty lot without the warmth of a loving family living in it because of the technicalities the way the bank runs on, which is running people into the ground. I know you have it in your heart to help all that you can and that the essence of your time it spread thin already but please reach out and help us Immediately to help prevent another foreclosed home kicking a hard working family with bad luck to live in run down rentals, with ruined credit due to a bad economy.

Dear President Obama,

You have such a difficult job but you have promised to help the american people. I NEED YOUR HELP! Here's my story...

I as many other Americans lost my dream excellent paying job 2 years ago. My unemployment benefits were 80% less than my paycheck. I applied for a loan modification 6 months later and got it 6 months after that.. I started making payments and then my father died unexpectedly in the 3rd month of my modification, I had to go out of state for the funeral. I called Chase and told them since my unemployment checks are mailed, I would send as soon as I got home. My payment was sent in a couple of days late. It was sent back to me. I tried to work something out with Chase and their employees again set me up to go through the modification process. After nearly 6 months I had gone thru the process twice and I was denied because of that late payment when my dad died even though the loan specialist said i qualified. I sent payments and Chase sends them back.

Next my house was setup for a foreclosure auction so I filed Ch. 13 bankruptcy last spring and made payments faithfully as end of last summer I found a job. I had the job for 3 1/2 weeks and I was T-boned in a car accident and haven't been able to work since. Now it looks like I need neck surgery and have no way to get it. Unfortunately, I will be filing for social secutiry disability, but that will take time. No income from me and my better half is disabled on a very limited income. My mortage lender Chase kept telling the bankruptcy court they wanted more money over and over until there was no way I could make the payments. Bankruptcy was dismissed so I sent Chase my payments directly and they sent it back with a demand for a short sale that has to be set up within 14 days. As of today I have 7 days left to do all the work for Chase, find a realator, set up advertising, and agree to take whatever I am offered if someone wants the property.

Our family has banned together, my son at 18, decided to put off going to college to work a minimum wage job and pitch in financially and physically with our home.

Chase got bail out money. President Obama, you have said there are programs to help people like me, but how? My lender is usless. WHY can't a normal person like me get help? Why do the big companies get bigger and richer and the average person loses out big time? Where is the justice for all the families in dire straights that are trying but can't get results from Chase? Please band with me and all the other little guys that can't get a fair shake..
