In your kindness i cry out for your help!

Mr. Barrack Obama,

                      Back in 2008 i believe, my boyfriend was taken away by my 1yr old son and I. At the time I was fifteen years old and he was twenty-four. I got pulled over by the west valley city police for driving without insurance. The police questioned my boyfriend Juan alfaro and I about our relationship. We confessed to being a couple and having a son together so they decided to take him to jail because they considered that rape.

                     Months passed and my sister bailed Juan out of jail while he waited for his next court appearal. In that time period i became pregnant with my second child. The day came when juan had to appear in court. I was two months pregnant and they sentenced him to time served because my parents did not press charges, and deportation. My son and i had no where to live so we had to stay in homeless shelters. I didnt want my son in an un healthy inviroment so we went to california with my dad where i had to sleep pregnant on the floor with my son.

                    Juan decided to come back to support his family. So he came back illegaly and risked his life. A week befor having my second child juan arrived. He began working right away and rented my children and i an apartment where we were well. I was in school with my children while he worked to support us. Another day came where juan and i got in an arguement and the police arrived. Juan was arrested and taken back to jail.

                  Our children now ages two and four cried pleading the police not to take his dad. There wasnt much we can do. Juan spent four months in jail waiting to be deported. My children cried every night asking for their dad. They would wake up in the nights crying. til now they still do. It has now been a year that i have not seen him. My sons and i need him physically and emotionally. I had to drop out of school to stay at home with my kids. I would love my kids to be raised by both parents. They need him. i need him.

                  Juan is in danger in his country due to high violance. i would not think of taking my kids to his country it is not healthy for them. please Mr. Obama help me. I need my family back.My kids and i are suffering. I want to go to college and become a forensic scientist and show my kids that not all hispanic kids are raised without their dad. Juan and i have never done any drug nor do we drink. Juan is a good spouse and father. I am begging for your help. My kids and i need dad. We love him and miss him very much. We dont want to hear one day that daddy has been killed out there. Please help me i am now 20 and my sons three and five.

 We ask for your help desperately.
