Dear President Obama,
I am 64 and have lived in Alaska for 37 years. My husband died in 1978, so I have been doing everything by myself. Have worked hard for what I have. So now that I'm on half of my husbands S.S. (781.00) a mo. you might make cuts to it. I'm trying to pay my bills and stay alive. You just can't do this. I owe 3000.00 in property taxes and can't find the money so I just might loose my home. I don't have any one to run to and get a loan. Credit is not that good, so banks won't touch me. And S.S. has not got a cost of living raise in two years. How much do you make a mo? How about you take a cut! And why don't you use some of the gold in Fort Knox to cover some of the debt.... I had a nervous breakdown and can't work. I don't want to be living in my 1987 Dodge pickup.
Please stop hurting me.
Patti
