To Whom This May Concern (Barak Obama, President of the US),
Since we did not get our stimulus which was promised, due to the ruling of the other party, we have to start getting our raises. It does not matter if its 3 percent or whatever; but what matters is that we get something because things are getting too high and steep in California (and across the nation).
As recipients, we don't want to be sold out. As citizens with the right to vote we should not be sold out. Within anything that has to do with government services, or life threatening issues regarding the lives of others, we need this increase.
Please count the people of California in your decision as well.
You wanted us to vote, and now we are asking you to give us three percent of our raise to start out with. We didn't let you down during voting time, and we are asking that you not let us down as citizens of America, who are asking for this small increase.
Never mind what the other party says. The other party should have no say so! When Bush was in office we didn't have a say so! So why should they have a say so while you are in office?
This phrase means for the people of the United States and by the people of the United States.
We want the other party to get this theory cleared in their own minds that people count in the United States! Our vote counted, and we expect our ways of living to be accepted.
