Save Skilled workers

Dear Mr President,

Sir. I do realise that you are a very busy man and you have very less time to read letters form people but please read this letter to get idea "why US job marketing is suffering"?

I am writing this letter because I know that how hard you are working to fix
American job market, and at the same time how US loosing skilled workers with masters degrees  due to long process delays at US immigration agencies like UICIS.

Sir, I came to US in 2007 as a full time student, I pursue my masters degree in engineering from well known university with 3.2 GPA, after that I was hired by American based company I got trained during my OPT period. In 2010 my employer filed a petition for change of visa status from F1 to H1b. UICIS approved my H1B petition in Jan 2011 with validation of 33 months. Last month I went to my home country(India) to visit my family, and went to American consulate to get stamp of the already approved visa, visa officer at consulate said that he is going put my case under administrative process(221g) and sending approved petition to UICIS for review.

I have a great respect over American Laws and immigration procedures but the review process at UICIS bothering me even though I am eligible for non immigrant visa(H1B) review process taking more time(several mounts) it's impacting both companies and workers.
At the same time workers from the Indian body shopping company (like Infosys,Wipro,TCS) are getting visas(H1 and B1) in easy.

Sir, Not only me so many graduate with Masters degrees and excellent skill set were suffering with this delays at visa stamping/UICIS processing. we are well trained and working for US based companies, generating money and spending money with in US. We would like to see America as a super power forever.

Please look into this matter and save skilled foreign students to make America more stronger.
