RIDICULOUS HELP WITH LOAN MOD. WELLS FARGO BANK

 Mr. president Barack Obama,

we are a family of 4 ,living in TX. 4 yrs ago my husband bought a house with another lender then got sold to Wellls Fargo Bank, in 2009 I  become unemployed, then my husband burden with all the bills to pay, contacted the bank for a loan modification, they try to give us a refinancing with out explain us so they want my husband to sign I was checking papers and I found it was  that so I told him no to sign  also they  going to charge him 6000 dlls. for this refinancing I said no, I need loan mod. so it was very slow process  finally they told us to start to pay 260.00 dlls less wich we tough it was ok, then after 6months later a letter came and says my husband has to pay back 2,300 cause hi didnt qualify for the loan modf. my husband did not had that kind of money to pay back ,cause never told that if he not qualify hi will need to pay back this.

so since that  we are back and for with them. my husband was current in his payments, but with some bills to pay and again i been unemployed since  last may , so my husband has no other way to  save our house and he got to  filed fopr bankruptcy chapter 7. but still is current on home, the bank dont want to help we visit any branch to try to talk with personnel as soon they seen his in bankruptcy the tell to call over the phone,we discover an organization NACA.ORG where they help people like us, last sept. went to dallas event we talk with underwriter wells fargo, days after sent us a letter it says we need to send more inf. we told them I dont have a job,plus I loost a baby and my health was  getting worse,they told us .

Sir we can't help you cause we dont have any options for you, so continue make your payments otherwise will be in defaul and will be foreclosure you home. my husband  working in AMERICAN AIRLINES and now his way to nervious and cant sleep cause situation.we cant pay home ,or we cant buy our food, is the first time  we struggling like that, we cut all our over expenses ansd still cant make it, last month we went again to the event in california (so we have to spend money on hotel, rental car ,food  for our kids ) to explain again our problem and now today they  sent us the  loan modification (NO RESPECT) THEM ONLY lower the amount of $25.00  and on the top they raise again the value of the home instead of 108,000 we own them now, they increase  to 113,294 dlls+ 3,443delinquency?+ 1,478 unpaid scrow   so we are going to pay  $1,090 for 312 months  WHERE IS THE HELP FROM WELLS FARGO?   my husband  only make a month net. 1,800  we have bills to pay and we have to feed our childrens. is not  fair.
