Refinancing Mortgage Loans for Manufactured Homes

Dear Mr. President,

          Thank you for all your effort to help the poor and middle-class.  However, I feel you have left a great deal of your citizens by the wayside, especially seniors who live in Manufactured Homes.  I have paid my bills and am not guilty of high balances on credit cards or car notes.  Yet, because I live in a manufactured home, I am not given the same opportunity to lower my interest rate.  My home is about 10 years old.  I had to leave my job because of health issues.  I've used just about all of the savings I had accumulated making sure my bills were paid and on time.  Yet, again, I cannot get a decent refi for my house because it is a manufactured home.  Please help us too.
