More Visa to Haitian family

Dear President,

I am a USA citizen since 1987. I was married and divorce and I don't have kids in my own, but I raised 6 kids for my sister. She abandoned the kids. Now, I am 59 and I don't have kid in my own. I am a very hard working woman. I served the army and air Force as a contractor for about 20 years in Germany, Holland, England, Italy, Kosovo, USA, etc... Now, I am in Arizona. I am providing room service for the people here. My question is: Why each time I send a invitation letter for there kids or other family in Haiti and the Embassy turn them down? They told me they don't even look at the letters. I don't need them to stay here, but I need them to have access here in case I need them. I have multiple houses here with no family and what going to be happen?
