Jobs and poor company policies

 Dear Mr President,

        For the past 21 months after being layed off for 20 months I've been a temp worker for what i thought was a good company called Nordson EFD. Recently i applied for a full time position which was a job i'd been doing. After about a week my supervisor told me that i had been disqualified because i was related to someone else who worked there. Ive have never been so disappointed ! I think also that they decided to hire a war vet, which they did so that they could not only take advantage of the tax breaks. I know that this is not his fault and i think he is a nice person. But, I think that there needs to be some kind of incentives for companies to start hiring average,hardworking people like myself instead of just using people as temps. People here in Rhode Island are hurting because of the high unemployment 9.5% .

   I hope that you are reelected and have the oppertunity to let companies such as this one know that policies like that in such poor economic times should be put aside and that a person should only be judged on there work ethic,punctuality,knowledge.
