I HAVE AN IDEA TO HELP THE WORLD GO GREEN AND USE CLEAN ENERGY!!!

Dear President Obama,
I have an idea that can change the way we use cars but I need a patent to help follow through on my idea, so nobody steals my idea. I would speak about my idea in this letter but I don’t know if somebody could be reading this and steal my idea. My father is taking care of me now and it’s hard for him to pay the bills. The reason that I am writing to you is that you might be able to help my idea work so I can get some money to support me and my family. PLEASE HELP ME!
So President Obama, I ask you, please can you help my idea follow through? All I want to do is help! You are my last hope PLEASE HELP! I want to help, don't judge me by the mistakes I have made ,but judge me for the changes that I have made and the changes that I want to set on the world. Even you said "We Need Change."I can be a person that can help make a change.

your message is strange: you present yourself as someone who did mistakes or other bad things: not a good start i suppose.
You seem desperate and do not know where to start.
Also the president may not be the best place for an undefined idea.
If it is a product or service, companies already in the business may help you. Usually people don't steal ideas that are made public.
