Horse Slaughter

Dear Mr. President,

     I discovered that you recently legalized horse slaughter, for human consumption. My purpose in writing this, is to try and convince you to change this law. Horses are beautiful, innocent, magnificent creatures who need our help. They don't deserve to be slaughtered, and they have done nothing wrong. I saw a video about horse slaughter the other day, and I was balling by the end of it because the process is so incredibly abusive. I think we have plenty meat, because we already slaughter cows, chickens, turkeys, and other animals. Horses give us wonderful companions, and best friends. Horses are amazing, and gorgeous as they gallop around fields and form herds. And we shouldn't take their priceless lives away from them. I cannot possibly imagine what it would be like to be one of these poor horses who get slaughtered. It would be incredibly painful, and full of misery. If  you change this law, we can give horses security that they will be safe and unharmed when with us. Please. Consider changing this law, and make horse slaughter illegal again. Give these magnificent creatures hope again. I pray every night for horse slaughter to vanish instead of our horses vanishing one by one every day. Thank you.
