Health Insurance: Can pay but denied!

President Obama,

Here I am a 64 year old American citizen who is able to pay for health insurance but am denied by health insurance companies because of age related conditions like arthritis.  Had to cancel my health insurance when I moved back to the U.S. after living abroad.  Due to current U.S. policy, I am not allowed to purchase health insurance overseas as well (I.e. BUPA , a U.K. based company).  Where does one turn?
