H & R Block

Mr. President,

My daughter-in-law had her taxes prepared with H & R Block last year.  She requested that the funds be deposited electronically.  Two weeks later she found out that her refund was sent to the wrong account and bank.  She has Navy Federal Credit Union and the funds were put into Chase bank.  This was no mistake of hers...H & R Block did this and is basically ignoring her for assistance.

She's getting to the point where she wants to quit trying to get her funds.  I've been trying to help her be we aren't getting anywhere with H & R Block, Chase Bank or the IRS.

Please start some kind of legislation to fix this problem.  I've seen more than my fair share complaints and nobody is getting anywhere.  If you know of another way to get this refund please let me know
