Corruption... It's Almost Invisible

President Obama,

For too long the liquor corporations have had a huge monopoly with their "legal liquid taxable drugs/alcohol". Will you stop this corruption by decriminalizing & legalizing cannabis/marijuana, creating a new huge taxable industry?

My question on youtube on the white house channel was strategic in revealing the reality of the situation with hopes of influencing our political direction for the benefit of all, including the Obama for President Campaign.
On the same website, I read and voted on questions from other Americans who informed me that in 2010, more than 850,000 Americans were charged with marijuana related charges.
This tells me that there must be millions of cannabis users in the US. The present legal system of controlling/law-enforcement on cannabis has proven very costly and none effective/productive...as well as, lacks tolerance and is inhumane...all to support a huge monopoly of corporations....selling legal liquid taxable drugs/alcohol

What the main problem is with the present system of dealing with cannabis offenders is that, we label them as criminals, making them harder to employ, adding to the unemployment rate and costing the government/tax payers even more billions in the long term. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out that, decriminalizing marijuana is the most affordable and practical route to go. Also, decriminalizing herb reduces our court/administration and policing cost, by billions per year. And for the first time in history this action would automatically break the monopoly of the liquor corporations.

Mr. President, I would like to quote you again... in the past when you were talking about Martin Luther King's movement.... you said "quote" "Change starts from the bottom up." Considering the overall position, this particular change with millions of followers/voters, is long over due.
There is no doubt that this action will be a historical one and you Mr. President will be guaranteed your place in the history books and the Presidential Election of 2012.

I believe the vast majority of people professional and common alike will support you on this action of supporting a tolerant society which will encourage the creation of a new taxable multi billion dollar industry.

You have my full support on this matter.
