America: Land of Dreams, but NOT OPPORTUNITY

Dear Mr. President,

Being a citizen of under developed country, i had always heard a nice voice since childhood, America ; Land of Dream and Opportunity. This tagline has always fascinated me to come America once in a life time. Fortunately, in Sep 2008 i came to USA on a student Visa for MBA, dreaming great career opportunity. But, after graduating, i realise USA has limited upto the human dreams only, but not the opportunity. I know, you and your people are trying your best to uplift the economy, but i think there is something different you need to do to boost the economy. It might be hard decision, but will for sure recover the economy, making it once again a land of dreams and opportunity. 

My only one suggestions for you to uplift the economy is; invite the business tycoon of USA, like : google, facebook, apple, IBM, and person like ; Billgates, Warren buffet and other billionaires as well as millionaires to work on partnership with US Government for certain mega progect. You all can immediately start some urgent projects like;  railways allover USA, IT training and job placement which will not only produce hundred thousands of jobs but will also build infrastructure for the long run with long term benefits. I think good profit  percentage and some good tax deduction will surely motivate them to join the hands of US goverment in strenthening USA's economy.
