Dear Mr. President,
I am writing to inform you of the insourcing of Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, CA. The men and women at this plant have been wrongly targeted for insourcing and will lose their jobs as a result. The Air Force has misinterpreted your Executive Memo dated March 4, 2009. I have been at AF Plant 42 as a Firefighter since 1981 and I am not old enough to collect my 401K and I will NOT be offered employment with the government's plans to INSOURCE. This is a competitively bid performance based contract and the employees affected are not inherently governmental.
