To Whom It May Concern,
This is Angela Petty trying to get some help with past due house payments due to illnesses and cancer I have had to endure since 2006 to now.
I have had cancer several times since 2006 that required surgery several times where they had to remove the cancer that was in my body. I have been working at the same time and with three kids in school and raising them on my own while recovering and working all at the same time. They took three (3) thyroid cancer tumors out of my body in each surgery, and also removed a cyst from my ovaries and did a partial hysterectomy. All of this was over a period of five and a half to six years. Each time I get caught up the further I get or got behind on my house payments due to these illnesses and surgeries. I don’t want to lose my house, I have three kids. My payments are one-thousand dollars a month and that is too much for me to pay right now still trying to get caught up but it is impossible. Two of my sons have ADD, and are on medication that I have to buy also for their illnesses.
I am sending this letter for help with past due payments on my home loan, that anything you can do for me, or any advice, but what would be really great would be a letter or something to reduce my loan payments and extend the loan payments at the end of my loan schedule. Any advice to any funds that I may be eligible for out there or here in the state of North Carolina would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You and God Bless You!
A Caring and Worried of Losing My Home Mother of Three!
