War in Afghanistan...STOP IT!!!!

Mr. Obama,
I am writing this letter to help you understand how I and many other people I know feel about the war in Afghanistan. I think that for many reasons that it is wrong to send more troops to this country. One reason why I feel this way is because the 30,000-35,000 troops you are sending will not be with their families for the holidays. Another reason is because it will add to our already large budget deficit.
I strongly hope that you put my ideas into consideration and that you start to think of our countries safety and welfare first before our enemies.

We cannot impose democracy neither in Irak, neither in Afghanistan, neither in Pakistan! It is a question of evolution. Iran advanced very little to real democracy in thirty years. But Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrein, did little but significants steps to democracy, for example by having comunal elections in some case. Neither of them has much of liberality, in the sense of tolerance, they are still very rigid totalitarian kingdoms or sheikdoms.
